Who we are

Apex Property Club Ltd (company number 17502263, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA) is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. Contact us at hello@apexpropertyclub.uk.

What we collect

When you register your interest we collect the details you enter on the form: your name, phone number, email address and, if you provide them, your town or city, the description that best fits you, what you are looking to do, the funds you have available to invest and any message you add. We also record the date and time you submitted the form.

Browsing the website itself does not require you to give us any personal data. Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the site securely.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Your registration is delivered to us by Formspree, Inc., which processes form submissions on our behalf, and the website is hosted by Vercel, Inc. Both act under contract as our processors. These providers are based in the United States; transfers are made under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an equivalent safeguard. If you become a member, we may introduce you to partners such as solicitors, lenders and Butler & Stag, but only with your agreement at the time.

How long we keep it

If you register but do not go on to join, we keep your registration for 12 months from your last contact with us, then delete it. If you become a member, we keep your records for the duration of your membership and for six years afterwards to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time, and you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@apexpropertyclub.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of data needed for the site to work, which is never shared with us.
